Valuable Information for Our Patients

To eliminate the potential for any misunderstandings about the policies and practices of Solutions Dental, we've included our office policies here for all of our current and potential patients. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a Call.

Your time – and ours – is very important, so if you’re a new patient, please arrive at our office 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You may download and print all of the New Patient Forms complete them ahead of time and bring them with you to your first appointment. If you are a returning patient, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This extra time allows us to get you through the check-in process and update any information that’s required.
It’s understandable that unexpected circumstances may cause you to miss a scheduled appointment. Should this occur, please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cash or Check: We accept cash or checks for amounts over $100 (for those without insurance). A 5% bookkeeper’s courtesy is available. An additional 5% is allowed for senior citizens who do not have dental insurance coverage. Credit Cards: We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Financing: Financing through CareCredit is available. There’s even an interest-free option. Insurance: As a courtesy to our patients, our office will bill your insurance company. We request payment of your deductible and / or the percentage you are responsible for at the time of your appointment. Pay As You Go: Make your appointment and pay as you go. That way you never have a large balance while you are getting your dental work completed. Layaway Plan: Set aside money on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis toward needed dental work. The amount is credited to your personal account.

As a courtesy to you, our office will bill your insurance company. We request payment of your deductible and / or the percentage you are responsible for at the time of your appointment.
